Pet Policy

The Caribbean Court Boutique Hotel has four pet friendly rooms available; Room 111, Room 114, Room 115,
and Room 311. All reservations that include pets MUST be pre-approved directly by the hotel.
For approval, questions, comments, or concerns please call 772-231-7211. Upon checking in we will collect a deposit of $250.00 USD using the credit card information provided by you, our guest. This deposit shall be refunded at the end
of your stay; however, the property may choose to collect monies out of the deposit for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of waste (urine or feces) anywhere within the room (floor, bedding, etc.);
• Evidence of chewing or clawing anywhere within the room (floor, bedding, etc.);
• Any noise issue that disturbs another guest in-house
• Any damaged Hotel property including all linens, furniture, rugs, etc. will be the financial responsibility of the guest(s).

You MUST understand that many of our guests have opted to stay with us to relax on vacation. We would appreciate
any guests bringing pets NOT turn our rooms into a pet-sitter unnecessarily. If we notice any noise indicative that
a pet has been left alone in a room, or if another guest complains of such noise, we will attempt to contact
you before entering the room.

If any pet is left unsupervised for an exorbitant amount of time, or if a loud pet is disturbing any other guests stay,
we may collect monies from the pet deposit collected at check-in.
